Regional Mufti’s Office – Targovishte held a monthly meeting with imams from the region

Regional Mufti’s Office – Targovishte held a monthly meeting of the imams from the region on 27th of April, 2015 in “Sahat” mosque. A number of current topics – how to support the studying of the subject “Islamic religion” in schools, were discussed during the meeting, as well as issues related to Hajj 2015, to the workshop for teachers in SRS – Momchilgrad. Analysis of the local celebration within the “Week of Muhammad (pbuh) was made.
All participants in the meeting received religious books “Ilmihal” for refreshing their knowledge and for maintenance the skills of the imams. They also received promotion materials, prepared and sent by the Grand Mufti’s Office.
