The Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Mehmet Ersoy visited Grand Mufti’s Office on January 25, 2021 in the framework of his official visit to Bulgaria. He was welcomed by the Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi. The minister was on a working visit to Sofia at the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism Mrs. Mariyana Nikolova.

The meeting was also attended by Her Excellency Mrs. Aylin Sekizkök – Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Bulgaria, Mr. Vedat Ahmed – Chairman of the Supreme Muslim Council, Mr. Ahmed Hasanov – Deputy Grand Mufti, and Mr. Dzhelal Faik – Secretary General of Grand Mufti’s Office.
