The Secretary General of Grand Mufti’s Office Mr. Dzhelal Faik met with Mrs. Trish Vanderwal, the Secretary of Political Affairs at the US Embassy in Sofia. This was the first visit of the diplomat to Grand Mufti’s Office.

During the meeting were discussed issues related to the activities of the Denomination, the co-existence and the cooperation between the different communities in Bulgaria, and the mutual desire for friendship and strengthening the cooperation in the spirit of the good will between the Muslim Denomination in Bulgaria and the US Embassy in our country were approved. The meeting was held in a friendly spirit and atmosphere.
