A delegation from the Department of Education at Grand Mufti’s Office visited Religious School “Nyuvvab” in the city of Shumen on February 27 (Thursday), 2020. Within the official visit, in which participated the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov, in charge of “Education”, the Head of the Department of Education Amir Feleti, and the expert Nazmie Kulova, were held meetings with the management and the students of the school.

Before noon Amir Feleti and Nazmie Kulova, accompanied by the host and a Director of RS “Nyuvvab” Sherif Hyusnyu, attended the classes on religious subjects. The program of the visit included also a meeting of the representatives of the delegation from Grand Mufti’s Office with the teachers in religious subjects, where important and current issues related to the educational process were discussed.

In the late afternoon Nazmie Kulova from the Department of Education and Dr. Selime Hasanova – a lecturer at the Higher Islamic Institute, held a meeting and a discussion with the student girls from the religious school in Shumen.

“The aim of the visit is to achieve a better communication and to have have insight into the educational process in Religious School “Nyuvvab” in the city of Shumen” – the expert Nazmie Kulova commented for Grandmufti.bg after the meeting. She expressed her hope that the visit will be useful for the improvement of the quality of the educational process and shared that the delegation will visit also Religious School – Momchilgrad with the same program.
