The mufti’s office in Varna held a festive program on the occasion of Mawlid Kandili in “Azizie” mosque

Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna held a festive celebration on the occasion of the Sacred Birth of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh). It took place in the evening of November 13 (Wednesday) in the central mosque “Azizie”.

The religious program included reading of Qur’an-i Kerim and Mawlid with the participation of imams from the Regional Mufti’s Office. The host and Regional Mufti of Varna Nuray Shukri gave a talk in which he spoke about the life of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the difficulties which followed him throughout his life, from his birth till his death. The program, held in the framework of the Week of the Sacred Birth of the Prophet (pbuh) was varied with the participation of children from the summer Qur’an courses, who performed ilyahi (religious songs).

The event was attended by nearly 60 people, and the host from the mufti’s office in Varna through sponsors provided also dinner for all guests.
