Muslims from a village in Omurtag region performed prayer for rain

Say, "My Lord pays attention to you only because of your invocation to Him"

The Muslims from the village of Chernokaptsi, Omurtag region, gathered for a prayer for rain. It was organized by the Muslim Board of Trustees of the village and took place on April 27 (Saturday) this year. The religious event was attended by 250 people in total.

“Official guests of the prayer were the interim Regional Mufti of Targovishte, the guest-imam from the Republic of Turkey Ibrahim Topuz, the Mayor of the Municipality of Omurtag Eshref Eshrefov, the MP Emren Mehmedova, imams and mayors of neighboring villages.” – said for Grandmufti.bg the secretary at Regional Mufti’s Office – Targovishte Raif Efraimov.
