Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos held its regular meeting for October with imams

Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos held its regular meeting with the imams for the current month on October 15 (Monday), 2018. It took place in the mosque of the town.

The agenda of the October meeting included a number of topics. The participants in the meeting discussed as a priority the National Initiative “Week of Mosques” 2018, which official began yesterday and will continue until the end of the week. The imams discussed the plan-program for holding the initiative and the different events which will take place within it in the different settlements on the territory of Regional Mufti’ Office – Aytos.

“We analyzed the held during July and August summer Qur’an courses for children in the region of Aytos, as well as the performance of the children at the regional and the national competitions in Basic Knowledge in Islam this year. Within this summer season which is already over, Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos managed to hold 53 summer Qur’an courses in total in 45 settlements.” – said for Grandmufti.bg the Regional Mufti of Aytos Myuddesir Mehmed. – “Among the topics addressed during the meeting was also that for the preparation for the subscription campaign for “Muslims” magazine for the upcoming year 2019, as well as planning for the meetings with orphaned children form the region.” – further added the Mufti. He said that currently through Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos are supported 16 orphans.

The imams also were informed about the established at the Supreme Muslim Council Fund “Risale”. It was set in the beginning of the year on the initiative of the Committee on Publishing Activities and its objective is to support the development exactly of the publishing activities of the Muslim Denomination.

After completing all topics of the agenda the working meeting in Aytos was closed with a dua (supplication) for fruitful work and prosperity.
