Regional Mufti’s Office – Plovdiv held its March meeting with the imams from the region

Regional Mufti’s Office – Plovdiv held a working meeting with the imams from the region which took place on March 28 (Wednesday) at the premises of the mufti’s office in the city under the hills.

Host of the meeting was the Regional Mufti of Plovdiv Taner Veli who informed the participants about the agenda of the working meeting. The participants in it discussed a number of issues among which the “Hajj 2018” campaign and the recruitment of candidates for the pilgrimage of Hajj for 2018. There were discussed also issues about the subscription campaign for “Muslims” magazine for the present year and the more-effective dissemination of the magazine in Plovdiv region.

Taking into consideration the upcoming month of Ramadan, during the meeting the employees from RMO – Plovdiv and the imams addressed also some current issues related to their work during the Holy month of Ramadan – organization and carrying out of iftar dinners, thematic preaches, etc.
