Regional Mufti of Montana attended the ceremony on the occasion of the 120^th anniversary of BTA 

 The Regional Mufti of Montana Nedzhati Ali was among the official guests at the “White bird” awarding ceremony in the town of Vidin. It took place on February 12 (Monday) from 11:00 o’clock in the Regional Press Club of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency (BTA) in the Danube riparian town. This year the awarding is dedicated to the 120^th anniversary of the Agency. The anniversary itself will be officially marked on February 16.

The silver statuette “White bird” which is a work of the Bulgarian sculpturer Aleksandar Proynov – APER, this year will be awarded to the Mayor of the Municipality of Ruzhintsi Aleksandar Aleksandrov. Only for the half of his mandate he managed to do a lot of significant and positive changes in the region, the local media write.

Besides the Regional Mufti of Montana Nedzhati Ali among the official guests at the official ceremony were also the Director General of BTA Maksim Minchev, the Metropolitan of Vidin Daniil, the Regional Governor of Vidin Albena Georgieva, MPs from the region of Vidin, politicians, representatives of state’s institutions, media and citizens.
