Laylat al-Qadr was marked with a festive program in Kardzhali

             Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali marked the coming of the holy night of Qadr (Laylat al-Qadr) with a festive program which was held in the central mosque of the city of Kardzhali.

Hundreds of believers gathered at the event. It included lectures related to the holy night, which were delivered by the Regional Mufti Beyhan Mehmed.

Within the program all participants, pronouncing salat-ul salam had the opportunity to see a part of the sacred beard of our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). This opportunity caused a great excitement and joy among the Muslims. After the tarawih prayer all participants were given the books “Rahme esintileri”, “Ilahiler”, beads, gifts, provided by Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali.

Such events on the occasion of Laylat al-Qadr were held also in the mosques of the other central settlements in Kardzhali region.
