Grand Mufti’s Office held a one-week workshop for students from the town of Rudozem
From 15th till 20th of August in the training base of the central mosque of the town of Rudozem was held a workshop for girls from fourth to eight grade. The workshop, organized by Grand Mufti’s Office, was attended by 35 girls studying in the Qur’an courses in the municipality of Rudozem and the town of Sarnitsa. For their short stay the children increased their knowledge about the basics of the faith and Islam, for the life of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), the moral and ethical norms in Islam and improved their reading of the Qur’an. Besides the training classes the program included screening movies, games and walks organized by the teachers in the workshop Myumine Sherifova, Mediha Karaibrahimova and Ayshe Shatarova. At the end of the workshop the children were given gifts on behalf of Grand Mufti’s Office for their efforts and diligence.
