Regional Muslim Conference was held in Dobrich
Regional Muslim Conference for election of a new mufti of the region was held on 23rd of March, 2016 at the premises of Regional Mufti’s Office – Dobrich. Official guests of the Conference were the Grand Mufti of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi, the regional muftis of the cities of Razgrad, Shumen and Silistra – respectively Mehmed Alya, Mesut Hasanov and Myudesir Mehmed. For a Regional Mufti of the city of Dobrich was unanimously re-elected with a full majority Bilyal Dardzhan.
