Mufti of Targovishte attended ceremony for opening a memorial monument
On 27th of November, 2015 in the village of Ruets was held an official opening of a memorial monument built in memory of the soldiers from the villages of Ruets, Ovcharovo and Bayachevo, Targovishte region, who died for Bulgaria during the First and the Second Balkan Wars and the First World War.
The opening of the memorial monument was attended by the Regional Governor of Targovishte Svetlin Bonev, the Mayor of the Municipality of Targovishte Darin Dimitrov and the Regional Mufti of Targovishte Enver Yahov.
The ceremony began with dua (supplication) made by the Regional Mufti of Targovishte, for those who died.
